This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be processed for our products and services.
By using this Website and engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All purchases, bookings, and enrollments made through Saaksham.com are governed by this policy.
Since most of our offerings involve personalized training, digital content, and service-based deliverables, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
2. Cancellation by the Client
a. Corporate Training or Consulting Services
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session or project start date.
- If the cancellation is made within the 7-day window, 25% of the total project fee may be retained as an administrative charge.
- If the service or training has already commenced, no refund will be applicable.
b. Individual Courses, Webinars, or Workshops
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase (and before course access is granted) may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, no refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Saaksham.com
In rare cases, Saaksham.com may need to postpone or cancel a scheduled program, event, or project due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this occurs, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule or transfer your participation to another date or program of equal value.
We are not liable for any incidental expenses incurred by clients due to cancellation.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
In some cases, bank processing time may affect the date on which the refund is reflected in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once initiated or accessed:
- Custom-designed HR manuals, SOPs, or organizational training materials
- Completed consulting assignments
- Digital learning content (blogs, videos, or e-learning modules)
- Certificates of completion issued post-program
6. Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled training, you may nominate another participant or reschedule your session to a future batch (subject to availability).
Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or service cancellations, please contact our support team at contact@saaksham.com.
We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and make every effort to resolve it fairly.
8. Policy Updates
Saaksham.com reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
